Business/ Product Development, Digital Payment Services, Ecommerce, Market Development, MFS, Payment Gateway, Process Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Business & Product Development team
∎ Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
∎ Coordinate for technical integration between different systems to launch different services
∎ Management liaison process with Banks, telecommunication operators, third parties to launch & integrate different services
∎ Specifying market requirement for current & future product by conducting Market Research on customer and non-customer.
∎ Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
∎ Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute the detail operational plan as advised by the Management.
∎ Analyzing potential partner relationships & mutually beneficially relationship for the company and on boarding them.
∎ Management and Monitoring liaison process with Service Provider
∎ Conduct briefing sessions to internal & external team for different kind of product & services and Manage different kinds of ATL and BTL plan for ongoing and upcoming products and services based on customer segment
∎ Managing vendors, solution providers & Prepare Vendor Contract, Service Level Agreement, MoU & NDA for integration of new services
∎ Set pricing strategy, up gradation of the service, design application
∎ Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings.
∎ Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
∎ Onboard and management of Merchant for Payment gateway & e-commerce site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experience in Digital Payment Services
∎ Experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
