∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseas meetings on the production and quality management of the entire factory from
∎ scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality to shipment and marketing regarding merchandising issues.
∎ Liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final
∎ inspection.
∎ Ensure and find the new buyer along the development, customer satisfaction of all level and competitive process and increasing profit margins
∎ Reports to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments
∎ Coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Training and monitoring marketing merchandising team to achieve company's required goals and targets.
∎ Manages the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and packing and delivery.
