Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree from any recognized university without having 3rd class/division in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying and developing new business opportunities;
∎ Directing approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business;
∎ Guiding business development research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats;
∎ Evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't;
∎ Formulating targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies;
∎ Leading relationship building with industry players and develop strategies to leverage network for business opportunities and partners;
∎ Managing key client relationships and work to build new ones;
∎ Expanding the profile and reach of the Bank and its brands;
∎ Directing all Business Units of the Bank;
∎ Developing and strengthening internal and external relationships that will lead to increase in revenue generation and market share;
∎ Tracking emerging markets and trends;
∎ Identifying and recommending new services;
∎ Researching and identifying new markets;
∎ Providing advice on product development and developing strategies to achieve business goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Must be a citizen of Bangladesh;
∎ At least 20 years' experiences having worked in banks including at least 3 years' experiences as SEVP or presently working as DMD/AMD in Banks/NBFIs;
∎ Team leader, strong communication and written skills both in English and Bengali;
∎ Strong business development and customer relationship management skills;
∎ Computer skills including the ability to operate presentation and spreadsheet;
∎ Operational excellence;
∎ Innovative and openness to change;
Salary:
∎ Remuneration package is as per Bank`s HR Policy but negotiable.
