Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy to enhance the company’s market presence.

  • Define the company`s brand vision, mission, and values to align with corporate goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and Land) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertising.

  • Manage real estate project launches, ensuring they are aligned with the brand`s identity.

  • Oversee creative development, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging across all media.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define the company’s position in the market.

  • Build strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the real estate sector.

  • Establish the brand as a leader in the industry, focusing on trust, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the development of all brand content, including press releases, blogs, brochures, and advertising materials.

  • Act as the company’s spokesperson for PR events and media interactions.

  • Develop a strong online presence and oversee social media strategies for promoting real estate projects and corporate branding.

  • Monitor and manage the company’s digital reputation and respond to online feedback and reviews.

  • Manage budgets for branding campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Any other activities as when required by the Management.
