Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing or Masters from any reputed public / private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Brand Communication, Brand Promotion, event and activation, Media Management, Public Relation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for branding in nationwide.
∎ To create new ideas to ensure the sustainable brand image from time to time with visionary leadership.
∎ Ensure branding related activities i.e promotion, demand planning to uphold the brand image of the company as well as product
∎ Develop and manage the business brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand equity.
∎ Ensure the activity of creation and placement of advertising that support initiative of the sales team through demand planning, creative, promotion, media meet, market research and agency meet.
∎ To review the strategy including setting of guideline, vision & value proposition, ROI for the SMART Brand Communication for Short, Medium & Long term basis.
∎ Ensure the budgeting & planning for value adding media action on all the channel including print & electronic media.
∎ Maintaining, Coaching & Monitoring to the team members for maximizing their performance which will effects to the ultimate organization goals.
∎ To review the existing process for benchmarking the brand management according to the market demand which ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive.
∎ To work closely with the Sales department in formulation and delivery of both the offline and online brand marketing elements/strategies.
∎ To achieve overall business goals for the company.
∎ To analyze consumer trend, to collect information of steel users and other related stakeholders.
∎ To monitor competitors branding activities in nationally and properly reporting to the Management for the betterment of the Company.
∎ Ensure negotiation activities with event related stakeholder like banner, festoon and related promotional & event material.
∎ Any others task assign by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Having experience in Multinational Company & reputed agency will get preference.
∎ Visionary, Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Must have good knowledge about the local and global brands and creative marketing activities.
