• Minimum of 15–18 years of experience in commercial banking with at least 5 years in Banking Operations Division and minimum 2 years’ experience as Head/Deputy Head of Banking Operations Division.

• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk management.

• Experience in process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Applicant having break of service need not apply.

Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day banking operations including branch operations, clearing, payments, account services, cash management, and customer service processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, service quality, and risk control.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Drive operational transformation through digitization, automation, and process reengineering.

• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business units to improve systems and control frameworks.

• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams across the Bank’s network.

• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
