∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The person will lead Application Management Unit of the Bank and will be responsible for ensuring the best management, support and maintenance of the applications being outsourced and internally developed.
∎ Designation: FAVP - AVP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with business stakeholders and DBD Project Management Team to assess business requirements and accordingly take measures to on-board new software applications.
∎ Ensure Installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of software applications as and where necessary.
∎ Report on progress of operational issues to senior management, end users and stakeholders
∎ Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors on change requirements in applications.
∎ Manage Service Level Agreements, Licensing issues like license renewal, AMC, etc with Application Vendors
∎ Manage Audit Observations from GICC, Bangladesh Bank and external bodies.
∎ Manage Application patches and security certificates in coordination with Infrastructure Team
∎ Analyze business operations and suggest scopes to improve applications efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with Infrastructure team in implementing new as well as upgrading of network, database, hardware and software.
∎ Coordinate with IT Security Teams in managing and enhancing security issues in line with PCI DSS and ISO guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
