Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in CSE or relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ lead and manage business application development and rollout projects and related software systems maintaining target deadline, cost and quality in order to manage the business efficiently and effectively
∎ Develop policies , processes and SOPs to manage IT operations efficiently and effectively
∎ Manage the systems development and rollout projects following standard methodology like - SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc..
∎ Mentor, motivate, organize and manage group application development and project team members. Foster a combination of technical skills, business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
∎ Analyse Cost benefit, ROI calculation and decide on in-house or external procurement of the solution required
∎ Manage Vendor development, coordination and obtain the deliverable as per given scope
∎ Review the business operation and proactively find out the improvement areas in the process and take up and lead the projects from ideation phase to realization towards achieving the business benefits
∎ Rollout the systems and applications, provide training to end-users/key users, manage changes through awareness building and other communication tools and techniques to address the rollout challenges
∎ Support the IT operations team with required support to run the existing systems effectively and efficiently
∎ Monitor the performance of existing system and tune up to boost performance as and when required
∎ Liaise with the infrastructure team and help them sizing the hardware and networks to operate the system efficiently
∎ Formulate business continuity plan and ensure the enforcement of the processes
∎ Study various business areas and identify KPIs and develop the analytics using BI tools to measure those KPIs
∎ Develop reports and run own analytics to identify business trends and find out critical facts and aware management for anything requiring special attention
∎ Ensure training and learning opportunities are embedded in the culture, spanning technology, processes, procedures, and broader business skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge in web based/client server/mobile application (Android/iOS/MS) development
∎ Knowledge in PHP, C# .Net, MS SQL Server, Oracle, My SQL etc..
∎ Knowledge on ERP/CRM/SRM systems and Business Process
∎ Understanding on Process Management Tools
∎ PMP / Prince 2 certification
∎ Knowledge in MS Word, excel and PowerPoint.
