Responsibilities & Context: The Management of a reputed Group of Companies owning 100% Export oriented RMG units is looking for Qualified & Dynamic person in the post of “Head of Admin, HR & Compliance” for one of its unit having 2,500 employees immediate appointment.
- Responsible to implement and monitor HR & Compliance polices of the company as per Govt: laws and code of conduct of different buyers.
- Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Preparation of Compensation packages/ Benefits, Monitor Compliances/Buyers Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, health & Safety, training/awareness among the workers on regular basis etc.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
- To keep factory all time ready for facing different audits such as ALLIANCE, ACCORD, WRAP, WALMART, KOHLS, TARGET, BSCI, Social / Ethical / Environmental / Technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
- Prepare job description of HR Staff and follow up.
- To look after and maintain healthy relation among all departments of factory.
- Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
- Communicate with BGMEA, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local administration.
- Responsible for taking up the legal issues with court, Administration etc.
- Responsible for complete security (both internal and external) of the factory.
- Must have minimum 12 years working experience in the relevant field in RMG and at least 5 (five) years working experience as Head of Admin, HR & Compliance department in any complaint Garments Industry having at least 2000-2500 employee and Capable of handling the day to day functions in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Attendance, Leave Management, WPC Management, Compliance/ Buyers Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation/ Benefits,.
