Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
∎ Capacity to handle independently all affairs of the accounts department.
∎ Inventory management and stock reconciliation.
∎ Preparation of income Statement, Balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
∎ Inter Company transaction reconciliation, factory transaction follow-up.
∎ Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issues, inventory, Business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, and cost control and asset management.
∎ Determine accurate product costing and production cost analysis.
∎ Financial reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as per requirement of management.
∎ Preparing Bank reconciliation, and interest calculation.
∎ Preparing & posting of accounts receivable & payable in tally.
∎ As the Head of Accounts at Solus Corporation, you will play a critical role in overseeing all accounting activities within the company. This includes managing financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You will lead the accounting team, drive financial strategy, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
