Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Head of MERL & KM is heading the MERL unit and is accountable for all MERL related components in the implementation process of the Programme Quality Policy and the Research & Knowledge Management Unit.
∎ As a head of the department S/he also needs to provide necessary guidance and lead the team members to implement the all MERL initiatives including PMERL, MIS, Annual Outcome Monitoring, Data Quality Assurance, Accountability Mechanism.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate team member who has at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in designing, planning, monitoring, evaluation and research in international development
Salary:
∎ Tk. 169760 - 212200 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Package for this role is BDT. 1,69,760 to BDT. 2,12,200 monthly Cost to the company, based on experience along with other benefits i.e., Life insurance and hospitalization benefit and Festival Bonus.
