Job Context:
∎ Corporate Profile in Brief: The management of Desh Garments Limited is looking for a Qualified Experienced and highly skilled person who should drive Factory Industrial Engineering areas/issues, to be recruited as Head, IE for Chittagong Factory.
∎ Oversee IE Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise of the industrial engineering activities.
∎ Balance line in ensure optimum work force.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & achieve targets.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards & cost analysis system.
∎ Clear knowledge about all types of Apparels.
∎ Ensure layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Check all the SMV's for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ Oversee the production & take required action for achievement.
∎ Proficient with planning & IE for productivity improvement.
∎ Responsible for grading new & existing operator, analyzing workers and their performance.
∎ Prepared garments cost based on CPM.
∎ Practical knowledge about GSD analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Good technical & organizational skill required.
∎ Should have experience in the production, Inspection, floor, Line management, production management (cutting + sewing + finishing)
∎ Should have experience woven garments.
∎ Proficient in both written & spoken English.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal & leadership ability & good communication skill.
∎ Proficient in MS office suit specially in Excel, Internet & Email.
