Job Context:
- Corporate Profile in Brief: The management of Desh Garments Limited is looking for a Qualified Experienced and highly skilled person who should drive Factory Industrial Engineering areas/issues, to be recruited as Head, IE for Chittagong Factory.
- Oversee IE Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Expertise in industrial engineering activities.
- Balance line to ensure optimum workforce.
- Coordinate quality control objectives & achieve targets.
- Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards & cost analysis systems.
- Clear knowledge about all types of Apparel.
- Ensure the layout of the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow.
- Check all the SMVs for cost before handing them to the merchandisers.
- Oversee the production & take required action for achievement.
- Proficient with planning & IE for productivity improvement.
- Responsible for grading new & existing operators, and analyzing workers and their performance.
- Prepared garments cost based on CPM.
- Practical knowledge of GSD analysis.
