Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or a Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. This can be relaxed for exceptional candidates. CA/ CMA full or partially completed would be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall financial operations and fund management for the company.
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, reconciliations, and closing activities.
∎ Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and senior officials from banks, regulatory bodies, auditors, etc.
∎ Manage all operations related to fundraising including feasibility analysis and outreach.
∎ Support sales and commercial teams with the necessary documentation and conduct due diligence to ensure the correctness of transactions.
∎ Prepare monthly and annual budgets. Maintain and monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
∎ Coordinate and complete annual audits.
∎ Oversee payments and request disbursements with proper verification and documentation.
∎ Provide recommendations to senior management on profit optimization, taxation, and cost reduction.
∎ Establish Internal Control Structure to maintain the organization's transactions.
∎ Conduct periodic financial risk assessments to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years of proven work experience in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of management experience.
∎ Previous experience of liaising with banks on corporate financing is a must.
∎ Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong grasp of financial modeling, bookkeeping, and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
∎ Sound knowledge of LC/ back-to-back LC.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office (especially MS Excel), Google Sheet, accounting software, and databases.
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Able to lead, influence, and inspire.
