Job Context:
∎ Independent Export Bd Ltd (IEL) is a fast-growing Ready Made Garments (RMG) Accessories manufacturing company catering to the export-oriented RMG industries. Backed by a large conglomerate and managed by seasoned leaders, IEL is set to redefine the industry it’s operating in.
∎ We are looking for a “DGM, Sales & Marketing” to lead the department. This is a high-paced and high-impact role with significant growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall sales operations and meeting departmental objectives and KPIs.
∎ Play proactive roles in long-term planning and driving company profitability.
∎ Implement a methodical approach to prospecting and sales operations.
∎ Develop new customers and businesses.
∎ Retain and grow businesses with existing customers.
∎ Check all costing for price negotiation with buyers and then attend price & sample review meetings with buyers.
∎ Understand and follow up on customer procedures for order execution.
∎ Follow-up and ensure timely approval of all samples.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service.
∎ Monitor and facilitate timely delivery.
∎ Supervise and provide coaching to other team members to inspire the best out of them.
∎ Follow up with relative departments such as production, operation, commercial, finance, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain effective reports on sales and marketing.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by contributing to reducing wastage.
∎ Maintain constant liaison with the factory and factory personnel.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
∎ Identify new product and market development opportunities by staying up to date with market trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ years of proven work experience in relevant discipline with at least 8+ years of direct sales experience in the RMG Accessories industry.
∎ Experience in selling Poly and Non-woven PP products to export-oriented companies is a must.
∎ Master’s degree in any relevant discipline from a reputed university. For exceptional candidates, this can be relaxed.
∎ Strong network within the RMG industry and beyond.
∎ Excellent presentation and communications (written and verbal) skills.
∎ Past experience in using CRM software is a plus.
∎ Strong work ethic with a go-getter attitude.
∎ Ability to lead, influence, and inspire.
∎ Sound knowledge of LC/ back-to-back LC.
∎ Advanced computer skills in MS Office and google work
