Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities
∎ Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
∎ Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
∎ Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
∎ Identify different customer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
∎ Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Garments Accessories Sector experience is highly preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Corporate Sales & Client based relationship in the Garments Accessories Sector.
