Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Control man power and material.
∎ Achieve production target and produce quality products for smooth shipment.
∎ Ensure the input as well line feeding and line balancing.
∎ Increase the productivity with the help of time and motion study.
∎ Have excellent knowledge in modern motivation format.
∎ Conduct daily meeting with production related all staff to well contribute in production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
