Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead kitchen operations of the university cafeteria.
∎ Prepare and supervise the cooking of Bangla meals, fast food, and basic Chinese dishes.
∎ Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
∎ Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and daily menu planning.
∎ Maintain cost control and kitchen cleanliness.
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
∎ Skilled in preparing traditional Bangla cuisine, fast food items (e.g., burgers,
∎ sandwiches), and basic Chinese dishes (e.g., fried rice, chow mein).
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced institutional environment.
