• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.

• Must have good communication and kitchen discipline.

• Should be able to work under pressure and during peak service hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations for buffet service (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes maintaining taste, hygiene, and consistency.

• Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen helpers.

• Plan, portion, and execute menus for large groups.

• Maintain stock, manage food cost, and minimize wastage.

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

• 50000tk Per Month. ( Negotiable )
