Job Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen operations for buffet service (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Prepare and present high-quality dishes maintaining taste, hygiene, and consistency.
Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen helpers.
Plan, portion, and execute menus for large groups.
Maintain stock, manage food cost, and minimize wastage.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
