• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort, Amusement Park

• Minimum HSC or equivalent Degree.
• Diploma in Food Engineering.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort, Amusement Park

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Culinary arts or a related field.

• Strong leadership skills.

• An eye for quality control.

The Lifeline Lodge & Resort is a sister concern of Hundred Souls Limited.It is going to recruit Head Chef.

Job Responsibilities:

• Menu creation: Head chefs create menus and plan the food preparation for them.

• Inventory management: Head chefs order ingredients and supplies, and manage inventory to minimize food waste and maximize profit.

• Food preparation: Head chefs oversee food preparation and cooking, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

• Kitchen staff management: Head chefs manage the kitchen staff, giving direction to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Kitchen efficiency: Head chefs ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.

• Budget management: Head chefs have an eye for budgeting and keep an eye on the budget.

• Communication: Head chefs communicate with other chefs, kitchen staff, patrons, vendors, and equipment suppliers.

• Delegation: Head chefs delegate tasks to their subordinates.
