• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in Italian cuisine
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Deep knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
• Passion for food, innovation, and excellence in customer service

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a creative flair for crafting memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all dishes
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and food cost control
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with restaurant management on menu pricing, kitchen budgets, and overall strategy
