Proven experience as Head Chef with over 5 years’ experience in a renowned hotel or restaurant
Must have expertise in multi-cuisine menu creation, kitchen management, and high-volume dining operations.
Directed a team of 15+ kitchen staff
Developed different types of menu for dining, all-day dining, and banqueting (500+ covers).
Introduced fusion dining concept increasing restaurant revenue by 28%.
Conduct training for junior chefs.
Manage kitchen inventory and reduced wastage
Coordinate launch of new restaurant concept.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop food menu of international cuisines (Bangladeshi, Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, European, Mediterranean, Street food)
Event catering (VIPs, weddings, banquets, Parties)
Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations & inventory management
Ensure food safety compliance
Actively engage in staff recruitment & training
Supplier negotiations & cost optimization
