∎ There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB head Office, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:
∎ Job Summary: Managing Hospital Cash Office, generate daily income-expense statement for finance office, supervise hospital cashiers and generate financial reports for hospital and LAMB overall.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises all staff working in Cash Office/Cashiers (ALLOCATION, ROTA, LEAVE, TIME SHEET INCLUDING STAFF DEVELOPMENT and ANNUAL APPRAISAL).
∎ Work as a cashier when needed
∎ a. Preparing vouchers and collecting cash payments from patients
∎ b. Giving new clinic cards and registration as per requirements
∎ c. Prepare daily patients statistics
∎ d. To keep records and file up necessary documents
∎ e. Participate in on-call rota
∎ Prepare daily cash collection reports, entry data and reports related to every transaction that happened through hospital cash office. Prepare & submit financial report to the finance office.
∎ Prepare financial report for hospital overall and submit to Medical Director and Finance office as required for the smooth running of the hospital.
∎ Prepare financial reports for various projects for supporting Integrated projects and programs.
∎ Sit in the Poor Fund Committee weekly and as per need. Give input to the committee and raise patients' concerns (if any) to the committee. Prepare reports required by this committee for smooth management of poor fund budget.
∎ Organize regular in-service training and required training as per need for the Hospital Cashiers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years of working experience on cash section or related field.
∎ Training on related field, computer knowledge on word and excel required.
∎ Excellent written and oral language skill both in English and Bangla
Salary: Negotiable
