JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct different research and analysis to understand the root problem to design a good user experience
• Produce high-quality, innovative solutions through wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Be able to conduct Functionality and Usability Testing and produce insights for the User Experience
• Develop design systems, component libraries, and continuously improve them based on the product needs
• Candidate must understand UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and responsiveness
• Maintain daily scrum, update tasks regularly, and work as part of a proactive Agile team
• Experience with design software Figma, additional skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
• Good skills to maintain communication with key stakeholders and developers
• Experience in working on ERP software will be an added advantage
