Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll
Duty Time: Roster basis (Any Shift-Day/Night), only for Female maximum working time schedule 10.00PM
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
- Responsible to handle callers' queries, complaints and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls
- Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization
- Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
Job Other Benifits:
Employees will get BDT4000-6000 incentive for high performance
