∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll
∎ Duty Time: Roster basis (Any Shift-Day/Night), only for Female maximum working time schedule 10.00PM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
∎ Responsible to handle callers' queries, complaints and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls
∎ Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization
∎ Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
∎ Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary
∎ Support sales team by generating quality sales lead
∎ Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior customer service experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory
∎ Passionate about customer service
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali language
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications

Salary: Tk. 23000 - 24000 (Monthly)
