Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll Duty Time: Roster basis (Any Shift-Day/Night), only for Female maximum working time schedule 10.00PMResponsible to provide customer service over the phone Responsible to handle callers' queries, complaints and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary Support sales team by generating quality sales lead Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard
