Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline; minimum 3 year's work experience in a hotel industry in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The normal scope and work performed includes but is not limited to:
∎ The moment a guest steps into hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Agent, you will not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every details of a friction-free experience. You will also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home
∎ Day to Day Work:
∎ Be the warm welcome that provide a memorable guest experience
∎ Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay
∎ Handle cash and credit transactions
∎ Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out - take IDs, hand out room keys, and control and release safety deposit boxes
∎ Stay one step ahead of guests' needs - record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns
∎ Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary
∎ Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador. Always know what events and activities are on the day's schedule
∎ Other ad-hoc duties (Bell Desk, GRE) when your colleagues need your help
∎ Support our guests with their luggage, parcels and any other items related to Bell Desk activities
∎ Perform Operator / Communication agent / Service Express agent activities as part of GSA daily task
∎ Perform other duties as assigned
∎ Demonstrate daily guest discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Opera/IDS will be an advantage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel and Resort, Working experience in 5/4 Star Hotels
∎ What we need from you
∎ Communication skills - Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
∎ Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leave with great memories
∎ Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
∎ Literate and tech-savvy - you will need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computers
∎ Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
∎ Responsible for Front Desk, Bell Desk, Transport services and PABX activities.
