Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Handle cash transactions, including receiving and disbursing payments.
∎ Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper cash closing at the end of the day.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
∎ Manage and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring discipline and teamwork.
∎ Handle payment-related issues and coordinate with the finance team when needed.
∎ Ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.
∎ Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams for stock management.
∎ Monitor and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices.
∎ Track and control food wastage to optimize restaurant costs.
∎ Maintain stock levels and place purchase requests as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with restaurant safety, health, and sanitation standards.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.
∎ Train and develop staff to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor restaurant equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
∎ Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.Address customer feedback and improve service quality.
∎ Work closely with management to implement policies and improve overall operations.
