Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
∎ Greet and engage with guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
∎ Manage floor seating, reservations, and guest flow during peak hours.
∎ Train, motivate, and monitor waiters, hosts, and support staff.
∎ Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
∎ Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
∎ Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
∎ Monitor inventory of floor supplies (e.g., menus, utensils, uniforms).
∎ Prepare shift rosters and daily floor reports for management.
∎ Support marketing activities, special events, and promotions.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
