Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and hygiene.
∎ Lead and supervise all departments including front-of-house, kitchen, and housekeeping.
∎ Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
∎ Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Implement and maintain standard operating procedure for all areas of operations.
∎ Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and customer engagement.
∎ Prepare operational reports and budgets for management review.
∎ Ensure alignment of restaurant operations with company goals and policies.
