∎ প্রার্থীকে ফোনালাপে পারদর্শী এবং আন্তরিক, স্বদালাপি, সাহসী, সু-বাচনভঙ্গি, স্বাধীনমনা হতে হবে।
∎ ক্লাইন্টদের ফোনে আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো।
∎ ক্লাইন্টদের সামনা সামনি আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
∎ ফাইল প্রসেস করা (ট্রেইনিং প্রদান করা হবে)।
∎ সরাসরি কাস্টমারদের সাথে কথা বলতে হবে এবং কাস্টমারকে কনভেন্স করতে হবে।
∎ অফিসে যথা সময়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
