∎ Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
∎ Proven leadership in team management, staff training, and hospitality operations.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
∎ Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant analytics tools.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills for guest engagement and conflict resolution.

∎ CPDL Family is expanding its Hospitality Management division to establish new benchmarks in restaurant and hotel operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager to oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) operations and enhance overall hospitality service standards.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as a collaboration point to coordinate restaurant and hotel operations under the Hospitality Management team.
