Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell domestic & international tour packages
∎ Assist clients with visa processing and travel documentation
∎ Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
∎ Collaborate with the operations team for smooth booking and processing
∎ Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
∎ 1+ year of experience in travel agency
∎ Strong communication and sales skills
∎ Good knowledge of global destinations and visa procedures
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients efficiently
∎ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
