Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle reservations through phone, email, or reservation software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients
- Process bookings, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Maintain guest records and manage scheduling
- Support front desk operations and address client queries
