• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service orientation
• Computer proficiency, especially in reservation software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic numerical skills

Experience:

• Entry-level candidates welcome
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with booking systems is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Handle reservations through phone, email, or reservation software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients
• Process bookings, cancellations, and payments accurately
• Maintain guest records and manage scheduling
• Support front desk operations and address client queries
