- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Student Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of student visa processes, university applications, and study requirements for countries including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. This role involves guiding students through each step of their application journey, from selecting the right course to securing a visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on university applications and student visa processes for Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs, universities, and countries based on their academic background and career goals.
- Ensure all application forms, documents, and visa paperwork are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies, application requirements, and university standards in the mentioned countries.
- Communicate effectively with students, universities, and immigration authorities to ensure a smooth application process.
- Conduct pre-departure briefings and support students in preparing for their new academic journey.
