Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of foreign hotel bookings, ensuring the best deals and customer satisfaction.
Manage air ticket bookings, including individual and group travel arrangements.
Coordinate group ticket bookings, providing seamless and efficient service.
Process visit and tour visas, including application, documentation, and follow-up.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their travel planning and booking process.
Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and visa requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and visa authorities.
Assist with any other travel-related services as required.
