Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
∎ Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
∎ Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
∎ Manage food inventory and minimize waste
∎ Learn and incorporate new techniques and recipes
∎ Ensure timely preparation of dishes during service
∎ Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen workflow
