∎ Ensure a premium selection of coffee and beverages.
∎ Maintain and enhance the ambiance of each outlet to attract and retain customers.
∎ Lead and manage teams responsible for food preparation and customer service.
∎ Ensure Cloud Coffee remains competitive through market analysis and innovation.
∎ Strategically improve business profitability while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold Cloud Coffee's service and quality standards.
∎ Identify and secure locations for new outlets to expand Cloud Coffee's presence.
∎ Develop and implement business plans and strategies for growth.
∎ Set industry trends in the coffee outlet business within Bangladesh.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ As the Business Manager at Cloud Coffee, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across all outlets, ensuring the brand's continued success and expansion.
∎ You will oversee business operations, strategy implementation, and team management efforts to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
