Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the convention hall, ensuring seamless event execution.
∎ Manage event bookings, coordinate with clients, and provide venue tours.
∎ Supervise event setup, decorations, catering, and technical arrangements.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards of the venue.
∎ Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.
∎ Monitor staff performance and provide training to maintain service excellence.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize bookings and revenue.
∎ Prepare reports on event performance, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements.
