Responsibilities & Context:
Event Setup:
Arrange tables, chairs, and decorations as per the event’s layout plan.
Set up audio-visual equipment, lighting, and other technical requirements.
Guest Assistance:
Greet and assist clients, guests, and vendors during events.
Provide information and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures.
Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the hall before, during, and after events.
Regularly inspect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Safety and Security:
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals access the venue.
Assist in enforcing safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures.
Ensure compliance with fire and health regulations.
Coordination and Support:
Collaborate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and other event service providers.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
Communicate any changes or challenges to the supervisor promptly.
