Job Context:
∎ As a guest relations officer, His/her job duties include greeting guests when they enter the park premises, providing useful information about the park, helping guests to make travel arrangements, and addressing any customer complaints or passing those complaints onto management.
∎ In this role, S/he should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. S/he should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as S/he’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. S/he will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
∎ Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
∎ Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
∎ Address guests’ complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
∎ Welcome guests and respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner;
∎ Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner;
∎ Administer all complaints and requests and ensure effective resolution of same.
∎ Ensure a unique, memorable and emotional customer experience.
∎ Manage all special requests and monitor all guest special requests and provide wake up calls to all guests.
∎ Coordinate with the Guest Relations Manager and Guest Relations Officer of the Park for day-to-day operations
∎ Maintain and update guest details on a timely basis.
∎ Perform any other official tasks assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
∎ A customer-oriented and professional attitude
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
∎ Helpful, courteous attitude
∎ Work with dedication and integrity.
