Responsibilities & Context:
  • She/he will be responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area.

  • She/he will organize office communication and front office activities on a day-to-day basis.

  • One of the main responsibilities includes Receiving, registering, and assisting patients while providing appropriate service in a courteous, efficient and effective way to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Greets and register all customers into the clinical management system with utmost accuracy and details.

  • Directs customers and help/guide them with any required details; including handling incoming calls.

  • Demonstrates appropriate discretion and judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and e-mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image and as per agreed SOPs.

  • Ensure that each customer is attended within the permissible time to reduce wait times and maximize customer experience.

  • Educate customers on the process involved in the visa medical check-up.

  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
