Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive /Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) to join our growing healthcare team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and expanding our presence in the healthcare market.
The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare industry experience, a proven track record in B2B or institutional sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (doctors, hospital administrators, procurement teams, etc.)
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management
Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and profit targets
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company
