Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Hotel Management
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management from National Hotel Tourism Training Institute Bangladesh Parjaton Corporation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby
∎ Prepare a proper list after gathering the arrival and check-in information of all the guests.
∎ Attend to inquiries requested by the guests regarding facilities provided and everything else.
∎ Check if adequate welcome amenities are available for everyone whose arrival is on the list.
∎ Check the guest arrival reports in advance of VIP Guest check-in and coordinate with Housekeeping on room allocations for VIP guests
∎ Be responsible for special room assignments and suite occupancies
∎ Welcome and fulfill the check-in process of VIP Guests, including serving as an escort to the Executive Lounge and VIP Guest room
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements
∎ Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events!
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ WITHOUT FIVE STAR HOTEL / RESORT EXPERIENCE NO NEED TO APPLY
∎ Should be smart & good looking,
∎ Hight : 5 feet 5/6 inch at least.
∎ Should be holding a degree in hospitality management and/or related areas.
∎ Should be fluent with soft skills like English & Bangla communication.
Salary: Negotiable
