  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and drive measurable results.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth & Marketing Officer to drive business expansion and brand visibility across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, manage promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate leads, increase sales, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand growth.

  • Handle online promotions: social media campaigns, website updates, SEO, digital ads, and email marketing.

  • Manage offline promotions: events, in-store campaigns, activations, print materials, and brand partnerships.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Develop strategies for customer engagement, retention, and lead generation.

  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.

  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the line authority or honorable management authority.
