Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation.
∎ Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRO.
∎ Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
∎ Hands-on experience with email automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign).
∎ Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing tactics.
∎ Bonus: Knowledge of UAE & USA markets and prior experience in B2B tech/software marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads in the USA & UAE.
∎ Optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
∎ Set up and manage lead nurturing workflows via email automation & CRM tools.
∎ Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
∎ Conduct SEO keyword research & content optimization to drive organic traffic.
∎ Track and improve website conversion rates (CRO) using A/B testing.
∎ Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to measure and improve campaign ROI.
∎ Develop engaging content (blogs, case studies, landing pages) tailored to B2B audiences.
∎ Leverage LinkedIn & Twitter for organic brand visibility and thought leadership.
∎ Collaborate with designers & developers to improve website UI/UX for conversions.
∎ Identify and test new growth channels (webinars, partnerships, influencer collaborations).
∎ Experiment with viral and referral marketing tactics for brand exposure.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest innovative strategies.
∎ Work on high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing IT solutions company.

∎ We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer with 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and performance marketing. This role is critical in expanding our presence in the USA and UAE by implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
