Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & implement HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives of the Group. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function of the Group by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally. Review & analyze company’s existing HR policies and bring modernization if required. Facilitate the Implementation of HRIS for the group. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, process training, initiatives, and survey to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs. Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management. Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system. Monitor and ensure the organizations compliance with state, local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modifie policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. Develop and implement departmental budget. Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff. Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision. Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues. Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Build effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals. Lead the execution of change management or any programs. Facilitate the Implementation of ERP system. Develop the learning & training culture and act as the key player for different L&D programs and activities. . Establish appropriate chain of command and organizational hierarchy as well as manpower budget aligned with organizational goal and objectives. Boost up & initiate different OD program to upgrade the organization to the next level of business. Facilitate in setting up organizational, department and individual KPI and establish a modern PMS system based on those. Oversee and assist different functional leader as well as line managers to formulate and develop different SOPs, work process. Assist and closely work with the Group Executive Director for organizational restructuring and change management. Establish a central controlling system for different functional units of different SBUs of the group. Any other task assigned by the management.
