∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Vehicle Management capacity .
∎ Should have sound knowledge on BRTA Coordination.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles is maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance, fuel loading and servicing schedule of the vehicles are followed.
∎ Strictly act upon the CNG/Petrol/Diesel filling mechanism and approved it by the Management.
∎ To keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty roasters of Drivers.
∎ To arrange for re-training and re-certification of drivers and registration and re- certifications of vehicles.
∎ Process Registration works of new vehicle and Renewal of Tax Token/Fitness/Insurance of all vehicles.
∎ Ensure feedback on performance of drivers after evaluation.
∎ Liaison with external agencies Police/ Municipalities/ Corporation/ premises security agencies .
∎ Maintain vehicle log sheet and submit regular and comprehensive weekly & monthly monitoring report to the management.
∎ Must have the capability to assist his Superior/ Manager.
∎ Propose improvements in the existing transport management system.
∎ Monitor shifting operations and implement cost-saving measures.
