Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collection and communication of all Buyer or Customer Manual and its information to team and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Manage critical recipe by Spectrophotometer.
∎ Cross check lab dip with merchandiser to ensure on time submission.
∎ Review lab dip recipe and adjust if required before final submission.
∎ Confirm and ensure full conformity of all lab dips for new and repeat job for dyeing.
∎ Analyse daily chemical & dyes stock and monitor its consumption.
∎ Analyse CDA cost (Conduct cost analysis for different combinations) and ensure minimization of costs·
∎ Monitor dyes & chemical requisitions raised by team to ensure efficient and proper utilization.
∎ Responsible for checking and resolving issues raised for all color lab test reports and their verification.
∎ Pursue Lab to Bulk Right at First Time (RFT) issues and resolve issues identified through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
∎ Responsible for all Color Lab communications with relevant stakeholders such as Dyeing, R&D, Fabric Planning, SCM, Merchandising & Marketing, Buyers (if required) and third party suppliers as and when needed.
∎ Responsible for alignment with regards to Dyeing Color Lab issues by holding daily briefings or meetings with Dyeing Production Team as and when required.
